Today I have the pleasure of announcing the winner of The Rookie of the Year award. This award is given to a Supplier who has demonstrated they can quickly get up to speed supporting Generac with a high level of
Commitment to our core values – Agility, Innovation, Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, and Customer.
This year’s recipient has been able to distinguish themselves with their ability to do this. Instead of easing into
The partnership with lower visibility products, they started their journey with Generac supporting multiple high-
Visibility NPI projects that required collaboration, the ability to react quickly to changes, and being able to meet
Tight timelines. Their dedication form team members across all functions – quality, engineering, supply chain,
etc – stood out as they joined multiple evening calls per week throughout the projects to make sure they and
Generac were successful with the product launch. This dedication continues as their team supports the
Products in mass production and looks for continuous improvement opportunities.
We greatly appreciate their support which has made a big impact on our business.

WTSZ Solar Energy
The Group places great importance on energy efficiency and disciplined energy management to minimize greenhouse gas emissions. In May of 2026, our Suzhou factory successfully commissioned a new rooftop solar installation, converting idle space into clean energy. This green initiative advances our sustainability goals by reducing annual carbon emissions, lowering our group-wide carbon footprint, and cutting operational electricity costs. Looking ahead, the Group will continue to uphold the philosophy of “sustainable development and responsible operations” and fulfill our commitment to harmonizing industrial growth with environmental responsibility.
